Position

Mariana González-Prada specializes in labor and employment, immigration and social security matters.

She counsels on national and foreign personnel hiring, termination mechanisms, social security, labor costs reduction, collective issues, compensations planning, outsourcing and labor intermediation, audits on labor or labor-tax matters, etc. She assists clients with outsourcing (outsourcing and labor intermediation schemes), and audits to verify obligation compliance by contractor companies.

Career

Mariana is a professor of Labor Law II at Universidad del Pacifico.

She is a former representative of employers in the Youth Table for Social Dialogue of the National Labor Council.

Mariana has participated in international argumentation competitions and the 2012 MOOT Lima. She represented Universidad de Lima in the International Commercial Arbitration Competition organized by the American University – Washington College of Law (2012).
