Verónica Sattler leads our Public Services Regulation, Antitrust, Energy, and Infrastructure and Concessions areas.

She advises companies in the energy, public-use transportation infrastructure, and sanitation sectors on regulatory and legal matters, including the negotiation of concession agreements with the Peruvian Government and the legal structuring of private initiatives for infrastructures development.

Verónica also provides counsels on antitrust and competition matters, including representation in administrative proceedings before the relevant authorities, with particular expertise in pre-merger control processes related to mergers and acquisitions.

She has extensive experience representing concessionaires before regulatory and granting authorities, and advises regulated companies in administrative proceedings. Additionally, she contributes to the drafting and development of regulatory frameworks in regulated sectors.

Verónica is recognized as an expert in public infrastructure projects and public service regulation and has an outstanding track record in the development of large-scale projects and solid experience in competition matters.

She has been Director of PetroPerú and has taught Projects Finance and Regulatory Management at prestigious universities.
