Fabrizio Castellano is a specialist in civil, commercial, criminal, contentious-administrative and constitutional proceedings.

He advises on the resolution of commercial and investment disputes and has extensive experience in negotiation, mediation, and both pre-litigation and judicial conciliation of contested claims. As a certified extrajudicial conciliator accredited by the Ministry of Justice, he is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He also has significant experience in designing procedural strategies to effectively protect client's rights, as well as in monitoring and evaluation of judicial proceedings of all types, representing both plaintiff and defendants.

He has published several articles in law journals, mainly on current procedural matters, and is a member of the advisory committee of specialized journals and procedural issues. He has participated as an author in the recent publication of Gaceta Jurídica, El Código Procesal Civil Comentado (The Commented Civil Procedural Code).
