President Board of creditors of the entity providing municipal Sanitation Services EMFAPATUMBES – that promoted the first national experience in the private management of sanitation services under the PPP scheme. As a consultant, he has developed studies and policy proposals for optimizing the regulation of sanitation, having integrated the Audit Commission Regulation of the Law of Sanitation Services and the team responsible for drafting the Act Modernization Sanitation services and supplementary regulations.

From private practice, he has advised the structuring, evaluation and management APP projects through grant projects for health, sanitation, transportation, urban infrastructure, and others.
