Position

Franco is a partner of the Real Estate and Land Remediation and Titling Practice Area.

Career

Franco has experience in development of urban and rural real estates, in processes of land acquisition for retail, mining and energy projects, including advice on technical and legal diagnosis of property, assessment and negotiation of land acquisition, legal clearing and applicable permitting. He has been involved in several projects of expropriation for the construction of highways over private and State-owned property.

He has led processes of granting licenses and permits for retail companies, educational institutions, housing projects and others.

With extensive experience in the public sector, he has worked as Director of State Property Management of the National Superintendence of State Property and as consultant to COFOPRI.

In the academic field, he teaches the course of Property Law of the Faculty of Law of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC); and speaker of real estate issues in different entities of the public and private sector.
