She particularly specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Contract Negotiation, Public Tenders and international commercial transactions in general. She has a strong focus in Agriculture Law and Agribusiness.

Clara has advised several companies, both local and foreign to set up and develop their businesses in our country.

 She participates in the negotiation and drafting of agreements, purchase of companies and development of strategies, as well as in the performance of legal due diligences.

 In the recent years, she has been mainly involved in financing projects in the Energy area. In this field, she regularly advises US renewables company Invenergy in its operations in Uruguay in connection to wind and solar projects.
