The Ropes & Gray LLP tax, employment and employee benefits department has a strong presence in both Boston and New York. The practice primarily works on work arising from private equity and M&A matters, as well as sensitive workplace investigations and executive level dismissals. In Boston, Meg Bisk leads the practice.
