During his career at Posadas, Posadas & Vecino, Mr. de Posadas has gained significant experience in Corporate and Commercial Law becoming one of the key figures at the firm in major mergers and acquisitions processes, thus providing legal advice on the most important investment projects in the country. Mr. de Posadas represents domestic and foreign companies, as well as banking institutions, on financial and commercial transactions, including matters relating to foreign investment, shareholders’ agreements, syndicated loans, joint ventures, trusts and operations and transactions concerning natural resources. In 1997 he worked as a foreign associate at the prestigious law firm King & Spalding LLP contributing towards his extensive experience in the field. Renowned international publications such as Chambers & Partners Global, Chambers & Partners Latin America and IFLR have cited him as one of the best attorneys in the country in his field.
