He is currently involved in the Litigation Department of the firm, as well as Civil, Commercial, Administrative and Procedural Law matters. Similarly, he is highly experienced in Labor Law, where he has engaged in collective bargaining and counseling companies on issues concerning Individual, Collective Labor and Social Security Law. Mr. Gari has participated and conducted joint litigations against financial entities defending the rights of large groups of creditors damaged by the 2002 uruguayan banking crisis. As part of his practice, he performs legal and labor audits in due diligence processes prior to the acquisition of companies.
