Mr. de Posadas represents domestic and foreign companies, as well as banking institutions, on financial and commercial transactions, including matters relating to foreign investment, shareholders’ agreements, syndicated loans, joint ventures, trusts and operations and transactions concerning natural resources. In 1997 he worked as a foreign associate at the prestigious law firm King & Spalding LLP contributing towards his extensive experience in the field.
