Senior Associate

André Tejerina is an Associate Lawyer at Moreno Baldivieso, he is specialist at Environmental Law, supporting national and international companies, adapting their activities to national regulations in order to obtain the respective Environmental Licenses, Comprehensive Management Plans and Management Systems. He was a speaker at the International Think-Tank Conference on BRICS, publishing his research entitled “Implementation of an Environmental Cooperation Plan for the BRICS”. He presented his research at Central China Normal University in Wuhan and at Huaqiao University in the city of Xiamen, where he gave lectures on sustainable development, environmental policy and law.
