Ines Ayala is a Senior Associate at Moreno Baldivieso, she has more than 10 years of experience, providing advice to local and foreign clients from different industries, especially focused on the food industry, mass consumption, industrial, shipping agents, freight forwarder, among others, in relation to matters of corporate and corporate law, corporate governance, due diligence, complex business restructuring, commercial contracts and comprehensive business advice, from the incorporation and administration of companies, to dissolutions and liquidations.

In addition, he has extensive experience in complex commercial agreements, such as acquisition, merger and transformation of commercial companies under Bolivian law.
