She has an extensive experience and specialization in corporate and banking matters, as well as corporate governance and competition law strategies. She provides legal advice to multinational companies in the areas of energy, food, mass consumption products, pharmaceuticals and agribusiness.

In the corporate area, Ana Carola participates in high-profile foreign investment projects, working actively and assuming leadership roles. Likewise, she participates in processes of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, incorporation of companies, capital increases and reductions, liquidations, audits and advises clients on issues related to the correct governance of their companies as well as competition law.

Within the banking area, she regularly advises creditors and lenders in the preparation and review of bank contracts, loans with various guarantees, leases, trusts and debt restructuring; as well as in bond of share issues in the capital markets. Ana Carola`s experience and knowledge of the banking sector allow her to stand out in important financing projects that have crossed borders and had an impact in Latin America.
