Sebastian Alba is a professional who is distinguished for his proactivity and attention to detail. He actively advises on corporate, administrative and intellectual property matters, taking an active part in these departments.

In the commercial area, Sebastian provides strategic advice to clients who require routine accompaniment in attending shareholders’ meetings, board meetings, drafting and modifying minutes, corporate books and bylaws. At the same time, he actively participates in processes of constitution, incorporation and restructuring of companies of different corporate types and activities.

In the administrative area, Sebastian has acquired the necessary knowledge to carry out all types of procedures of authorizations, permits and / or administrative licenses before the corresponding public entities such as Municipal Autonomous Governments, National Customs, National Taxes, among others. Likewise, he acts as a reference for clients from different areas in procedures related to obtaining registrations and certifications for the issuance of operating licenses, environmental technical sheets and sanitary authorizations for companies that elaborate or manufacture, import, export and commercialize products for agricultural use, food in general and controlled chemical substances.

When it comes to intellectual property matters, Sebastian is responsible for ensuring not only the registration of trademarks, designs, commercial slogans, among other distinctive signs; but also the certification of the non-existence of inscriptions or inappropriate uses that may be related to them, contributing to the legal protection of their trademarks.
