Valeria Baldiviezo is part of the Corporate Department at Indacochea & Asociados (IA), focusing her practice on civil, commercial and corporate matters. Since her early days in law school, she has been immersed in the legal world, initially as a legal assistant at IA, gaining valuable experience and knowledge that has prepared her for her role now as a lawyer.

Valeria has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to excellence in her practice and a deep understanding of the corporate and corporate aspects of the law. She stands out for her ability to analyse businesses and provide effective and strategic solutions for the design of legal structures that allow clients to start and/or carry out commercial activities in the country such as: incorporation of companies, capital increases and other corporate transactions.

Valeria’s initial analysis is essential in determining which type of company to incorporate, as well as the necessary amendments to the by-laws. Her meticulous approach and her ability to translate legal language into clear and accessible business terms make her a valuable resource for Indacochea & Asociados’ team and clients.
