Maria Laura Paz joins Indacochea & Asociados in 2015 to provide her expertise in the areas of corporate, commercial and labor law. She began her professional career in 2004 working as a Legal Assistant in a financial institution following closely executive cases processes with Executives and Coercive of that institution, and later provided services as a lawyer in a major agricultural enterprise environment.
Maria Laura has more than nine years experience in the agrarian law, drafting commercial, civil, labor contracts; security rights registry, inspection and sponsorship in executives and ordinary processes, bills of exchange, warranties; as well as labor issues and processes of incorporation, capital increases and other commercial aspects.
