Bryan O’Keefe is a partner in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Washington D.C. office. Bryan frequently represents employers in traditional labor law matters, including NLRB unfair labor practice charges and administrative law judge trials, NLRB appellate matters, grievance and arbitration cases, union organizing and representational elections, collective bargaining, strikes, pickets, and corporate campaigns. Bryan has also developed a unique practice area representing reps and warranties insurers in transactional risk matters. Bryan also frequently represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies in labor and employment corporate transactional matters. Bryan has been the principal labor and employment advisor on over 1,500 corporate transactions.

Management Co-Chair for Region V of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Practice and Procedure under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Contributing editor to Developing Labor Law. Bryan is the Labor and Employment Faculty Member for PLI’s annual conference on Buying and Selling the Privately Held Company. Bryan is also the co-host of the “Into the Breach” podcast, which is the first law firm podcast covering transactional risk insurance topics.
