Career
Employers face increasing compliance obligations every day, while managing a changing workforce that brings new and unique challenges. Clients rely on Mr. Klein to navigate these challenges, minimize risk, and stay true to their business and culture. He has handled employee relations issues ranging from day-to-day matters, such as disability accommodation and leave management, to the most sensitive of harassment investigations and high-exposure crises. Mr. Klein has represented employers in litigation from single-plaintiff cases where emotions run high and it's more personal, to the most high-profile and complex class actions under ongoing media scrutiny. Through it all, Mr. Klein forms strong bonds with his clients, often developing lifelong friends along the way.
Regardless of the complexity of the matter, Mr. Klein maintains a sense of urgency that drives his high level of responsiveness to his clients. Mr. Klein has been noted for his ability to break down the most complex of employment law issues to basic, practical terms that the most novice of employer representatives can understand and apply. He works equally well across HR and in-house teams with varying levels of experience with employment law.
As the lead of the firm's Boston Labor & Employment practice, Mr. Klein leads a tight-knit team of dedicated advocates and responsive problem-solvers who are thought leaders on the most complex of employment law issues.
