Clients turn to Mr. Silver for guidance, with a specific focus on traditional labor law matters, including collective bargaining, labor arbitration and grievance proceedings, union organizing campaigns, positive employee relations, and litigation before the National Labor Relations Board, and state and federal court.

Mr. Silver has negotiated collective bargaining agreements that have resulted in significant cost savings and increased operational flexibility that allows employers to competitively compete in the marketplace. Jason's involvement in union organizing campaigns, union vulnerability assessments, and active practice before the National Labor Relations Board demonstrates that he can provide clients with the advice strategy needed to face both day-to-day and long-term matters.

Mr. Silver’s in-depth experience counseling small and large employers through any matter involving traditional labor, makes him a valuable asset for employers with a unionized workforce, and who want to promote positive employee relations and remain union-free.
