Career

Ms. Farabow is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and a member of the firm’s national construction practice.  For 26 years, she has been practicing international and U.S. contract law at Seyfarth and is recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as a leading lawyer. Ms. Farabow has substantial jury and bench trial experience in federal and state courts.  In addition, she has successfully mediated and arbitrated disputes involving complex construction projects and commercial contracts.  These include domestic alternative dispute resolution proceedings as well as international arbitrations conducted under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association and other tribunals.
