Karla Grossenbacher is a partner in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Washington D.C. office. Clients turn to Karla for labor and employment advice or assistance in defending against an agency claim, lawsuit, or demand letter alleging employment claims.  Karla's practice is tailored to her clients' needs. On advice matters, Karla can give clients specific direction to those unfamiliar with the law, or work collaboratively to brainstorm solutions. On litigation matters, Karla focuses on clients' goals for the litigation, whether it be to leverage a settlement without spending too much, or to win a trial at all costs. The clients' goals shape Karla's litigation strategy, staffing, and approach to the case from the get-go.
