Fermina Bolaños is Senior Associate of García & Bodán and member of the Intellectual Property practice in El Salvador.

Her practice in the Intellectual Property department include managing portfolios for local, as well as for international clients in the regulatory area, which includes food, pharmaceutical and veterinary products.

Her experience in the area has driven her to manage and advice regarding the registration of diverse distinctive signs and copyright, as well of the related to infraction of the same and legal actions available for their protection.
