Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP is adept at handling a broad range of international and domestic construction law matters, as well as litigation and arbitration mandates, assisting a range of clients such as owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, REITs, lenders and sureties drafting and negotiating construction contracts, design services contracts, and other construction-related contracts. Exemplifying this in particular are practice heads Erinn Contreras in San Francisco and Ira Schulman in New York.
