Based in Simpson Thacher’s Hong Kong office, Marjory Ding is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Practice, where she focuses on capital markets. She has extensive experience advising clients on a wide variety of public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, as well as in providing counseling concerning corporate governance and other issues.

Marjory joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in 2011 and became a partner in 2022. Prior to joining Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, Marjory practiced at CMS Cameron McKenna London and Freshfields Hong Kong.  Qualified in England and Wales and Hong Kong.

Marjory is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
