Education
Received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Columbia University in 1986, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Earned his J.D. with High Honors from Duke Law School in 1989, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a staff editor for Law and Contemporary Problems.
