William Son is a Corporate Associate in the Firm’s Hong Kong office. He has focused on M&A and capital markets transactions. He has represented major financial institutions and corporate clients in a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings, asset-based financings and debt restructurings.

William Son was an associate in Finance Group of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP’s New York office from October 2017 to March 2021. He joined the Firm in April 2021.

William is fluent in Korean and English.

William received his B.A. from University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude, and received his J.D. from University of Chicago Law School.
