Paul advises infrastructure sponsors, corporates and financial institutions on complex domestic and cross border leveraged finance transactions across a range of debt products and structures (including syndicated loans, multi-creditor platform transactions, private placements, public-to-private transactions, capex roll-outs and holdco/midco financing arrangements).
