Represents banks, mortgage, auto and student lenders, servicers, card issuers and other financial institutions in connection with government enforcement, administrative proceedings and complex litigation involving a broad range of consumer finance issues, including fair lending and unfair, deceptive or abusive trade practices. Regularly assists financial institutions in analyzing lending data and with respect to compliance and risk management programs.
