Concentrates in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general corporate and securities matters. Represents public and private companies, private equity firms and other investors, as well as investment banks and financing sources in a variety of U.S. and international transactions, primarily in the energy, infrastructure, chemicals and manufacturing industries.
