Advises clients on a wide array of complex tax disputes involving issues such as international tax, consolidated returns, transfer pricing, valuation, bankruptcy, executive compensation and benefits, validity of regulations, partnerships and other matters. Experience ranges from counseling clients on risk assessments and audits to all aspects of litigation.
