Ed Micheletti is a highly skilled and respected litigator and corporate law advisor that has more than two decades of experience delivering results and achieving success for his clients. Ed heads the litigation practice of Skadden's Wilmington office, and has substantial experience handling stockholder litigation defense and other corporate and commercial law matters in the Delaware courts and state and federal courts nationwide. Ed is a member of the Court of Chancery Rules Committee member and the Corporate Law Council of the Delaware Bar Association. Ed is a problem solver that also frequently provides advice concerning Delaware corporation law and corporate governance matters.
