Mana Ghaemmaghami focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions, including matters focused on IP development and licensing, information security and privacy projects and the IP technology and privacy aspects of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate matters. Ms. Ghaemmaghami has extensive experience advising on blockchain and digital asset-related matters. She has counseled clients regarding the offer and sale of NFTs, negotiated agreements with providers of digital wallet services and cryptocurrency exchanges, and advised on legal and regulatory issues relating to the issuance of a stablecoin and on privacy and open source issues related to Web3.
