Stephen Arcano is global co-head of Skadden's transactions practices. Mr. Arcano's practice concentrates primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and shareholder activism, as well as advising clients on a wide range of other significant corporate and securities laws matters. He has represented companies, boards and committees of directors, and financial institutions in a variety of complex and high profile transactions; including U.S. and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, unsolicited offers and takeover defense, spin-offs, activist situations and proxy fights.
