Danny Tricot's capital markets work includes acting for issuers and underwriters on a broad range of equity and debt transactions.

Mr. Tricot’s general corporate practice includes experience in complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has worked across several European jurisdictions, and also in growth markets, with extensive experience in the Middle East, Israel, Africa and the CIS.
