Simon joined eversheds sutherland in december 2019 from morgan lewis & bockius, llp and has specialised in advising on outsourcing transactions his entire legal career, acting for both customers and suppliers and across sector and service types. Simon previously served as a legal director and divisional commercial director for one of outsourcer capita’s largest divisions, bringing a unique perspective, in particular when acting for customers in the procurement of new technologies and services.
