Lucy is an Associate within our Commercial department, and has experience in drafting, reviewing, and advising on a range of both technology and commercial contracts. On the technology side, she advises clients across a variety of sectors (including the financial services and energy sectors) and has assisted with agreements for global faster payments services, device as a service arrangements and the sale of IT equipment, as well as the drafting of customer-facing terms of use and DORA support. Lucy assists clients across their full portfolio of strategic contracts, including contracts for goods and services, standard terms and conditions and business process outsourcing agreements. Lucy qualified as a solicitor through the apprenticeship (and SQE) route, and was part of the first cohort of solicitors to qualify in this manner.
