Neil is a Principal Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution group and handles a broad spectrum of litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters, helping clients to manage complex disputes and control commercial risks.

Neil also operates within our International Arbitration group acting as Counsel.

His key sectors are energy and renewables, infrastructure and transport. He frequently acts as the lead associate on the largest, highest value and most complex cases within the firm’s commercial disputes practice. His recent experience includes acting for Shell, Transport for London, GE, WeWork and DHL.

Neil’s experience includes a six-month secondment to Shell where he worked alongside the UK Head of Legal and in-house leads for retail, commercial fuels, aviation, real estate and media/advertising.

He is also responsible for the supervision of the team’s Apprentice Solicitor.
