Katie is an Associate in our Core Real Estate group.

Katie currently deals with a range of real estate work and has extensive experience of dealing with leasehold transactions, acting for both landlord and tenant. Katie's current clients cover a broad spectrum, both in the public and private sector, and she regularly deals with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, grants of rights of way (including Wayleave Agreements), title review and reporting and all aspect of general asset management matters.

In addition, Katie has extensive telecoms experience having spent a number of years acting exclusively for tenants. More recently, Katie has acted for a number of landlord in the granting of leases and licences to telecoms operators.
