Charlotte is a Principal Associate in our core Real Estate group.
Charlotte primarily represents clients in the retail sector working with both landlords and occupiers. She works closely with a number of key retailers advising on their global leasehold portfolio. Charlotte also works with one of our key institutional landlords advising on their outlet centres. She is particularly experienced in dealing with risk sharing lease models.
