Angela is an Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group. She specialises in employment law.

Angela has handled Tribunal claims covering a number of issues such as unfair dismissal, breach of contract, and sex, race and disability discrimination for clients, particularly in the transport and consumer sectors.

Angela's non-contentious experience includes drafting policies for employers and advising on the employment aspects of commercial transactions.

Angela is also an immigration specialist and works with a number of private sector clients, advising on strategic and practical issues arising from international recruitment. Angela's work includes obtaining permission for applicants to live and work in the UK, assisting employers in applying for sponsor licences and advising on employer obligations as registered sponsors.

Angela undertook an eight-month secondment within the in-house legal team at Asda's head office and is currently on a temporary secondment to our London office, specialising in Industrial Relations.
