Kerry Boyle

Kerry is a senior legal consultant in our Insurance & Reinsurance team. She regularly advises insurers, insurance intermediaries and other businesses outside the general insurance sector on regulatory issues relating to their insurance distribution activities. She has particular expertise in advising offshore and EEA businesses (including insurers) on the regulatory implications of their dealings with UK residents. Her experience also includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing a broad range of insurance market agreements, including appointed representative agreements, terms of business agreements and delegated authority agreements, as well as reinsurance agreements. She has been a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute since 2005.
