Lauren is a Senior Associate in the Human Resources practice group, specialising in pensions. She advises trustees and corporate clients on all aspects of pensions law.
Lauren's recent experience includes advising employers and trustees in relation to scheme change and consultation exercises, scheme funding negotiations and security documents, scheme mergers, employer debts and apportionment arrangements, anti-avoidance legislation, rule amendments and consolidations, the pensions aspects of corporate transactions and providing training through Eversheds' public and bespoke training courses.
Lauren is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and a committee member of the Manchester NAPF group.
