Sebastien is a partner in our London Real Estate team and Global co-head of Digital Infrastructure. The team he is leading has been awarded Law Firm of the Year – Digital Infrastructure - in 2023.

He has over 20 years of experience in advising clients on international M&A, private equity, and joint-venture transactions in various sectors such as real estate, energy, health care and TMT. He also developed a strong reputation in Europe and the US advising entrepreneurs in their development across geographies through internal growth and innovation, acquisitions, fundraisings, and strategic partnerships with blue-chips.

Sebastien is one of the very few leading lawyers who is experienced in the data center sector, in which he is immersed since 2006. He advises numerous prime data center owners, operators, funders, developers and customers wherever their operations lead them. With dual qualifications as a Solicitor of England and Wales and an Avocat au Barreau de Paris, coupled with a compelling entrepreneurial background and mindset, Sebastien has a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the legal and business challenges faced by his clients in different jurisdictions.
