Jamie Leader is a partner in the restructuring group at Eversheds Sutherland. He leads the insolvency litigation practice and is experienced in restructuring and in insolvency and banking litigation, with particular emphasis on cross-border and contentious insolvency and financial services restructuring. His clients include insolvency practitioners, lenders, hedge funds and corporates. Jamie is a member of the Law Society's Company Law Committee (and lead its Insolvency Law Sub-Committee). He has higher rights of audience before the English courts and has also appeared before the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
