Katie is a Senior Associate on our Commercial team.

Katie specializes in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of complex contractual arrangements, including ICT outsourcing, strategic partnerships, PPP and other major outsourcing contracts. She is accustomed to working closely with in-house teams, specialist advisers and intermediaries.

Katie advises on a wide variety of commercial agreements including framework agreements, terms and conditions, service level specifications, Government-issued standard agreements and sub-contracting arrangements.
