Victoria is a legal director in our tax and employee incentives team, advising clients in relation to employee incentive arrangements.
She advises clients in relation to incentive arrangements for employees and non-executive directors, whether cash or equity-based, including all-employee tax advantaged share plans, discretionary cash or equity incentive plans, option plans, and other bespoke cash or equity-based arrangements. Victoria advises on the design, drafting and implementation of incentive arrangements for a wide variety of clients, whether listed or unlisted, public or private companies, owner-managed or private equity-backed, and advises on the implementation of those plans both in the UK and internationally. She also advises companies on how to deal with employee incentive arrangements in the course of corporate transactions.
