Jonathan Bowley is a partner in our construction and engineering group. He advises on procurement strategy and the preparation of the full range of construction documentation; acting for developers, institutional investors and employers (in the public and private sector). Jonathan also provides advice throughout the development period, supporting his client’s project teams, with a view to resolving potential disputes at an early stage. He works closely with real estate colleagues on all construction aspects of real estate transactions, advising on development obligations, and leading teams undertaking due diligence on construction documents. In addition to commercial development work, Jonathan has a particular focus on the transport (road and rail), energy and data centre sectors.
