Victoria is an principle associate in our Core Corporate team, specialising in all types of corporate and M&A work.
Victoria's corporate experience includes acting for RJD Partners on the £20m management buyout of Dunham Leisure Limited and Endless LLP on the £20m management buyout of Liberata. She also acted for Apollo Global Inc, a US based provider of higher education services, on its £303.5m takeover of BPP Holdings plc, the UK professional education and training provider.
Victoria is also involved in various elements of corporate real estate work, including acting for Aerium Finance Limited on its £184 million acquisition of units in a Jersey Property Unit Trust.
Victoria has undertaken several secondments whilst at Eversheds including an international secondment in the Copenhagen office in 2004 where she undertook the role of English legal advisor to the Eversheds Denmark office. Her role included advising on domestic Danish matters for large household names such as Danske Bank and also on international cross border transactions into territories such as Russia.
Victoria has spent time seconded to the London offices of various international clients including Tyco, where she spent 6 months in 2008/2009 acting as Tyco's General Counsel for UK and Ireland. Here she worked closely with senior members of management and the legal team both in the US and the UK.
Victoria has a broad range of experience in international transactions having worked for a number of the firm's key international clients in the food and financial services sectors, project managing a number of cross border transactions and projects.
