Carolyn is an associate in our corporate group and specialises in the clean energy sector.
Before joining Eversheds in April 2016, she spent four years with the Lightsource Renewable Energy in-house legal team where she gained broad experience of the issues facing UK developers and generators. She qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and moved into the corporate division, where she worked on commercial contracts, acquisitions, and disposals.
Carolyn has a LL.B. (hons) degree from the University of Warwick and a LL.M. degree from Duke University School of Law.
