Simon Tytherleigh

Simon Tytherleigh is the Senior Office Partner of the Cambridge and Ipswich offices and also the Head of the Employment team in Cambridge.
Simon is a partner in our human resources practice and has over 20 years' experience in employment law. He is listed as a key individual in Chambers & Partners and quoted in Legal 500 as "knowledgeable and supportive".
Simon specialises in restructuring, executive severances and Employment Tribunal litigation. He is also an experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate and has appeared in numerous complex cases including multiple Claimant discrimination claims, holiday pay and whistleblowing claims.
Simon leads Eversheds public training and regularly speaks on Employment Law issues. He has recently worked with a number of clients on new approaches to performance management and undertaking business process reviews on their employment policies and procedures.
Simon is also involved in delivering the firm's innovation strategy and has recently developed employment@work, an e-learning training tool for workplace employment law, along with the development of new case management system for handling Employment Tribunal claims.
Simon is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
